It features 9000 feet of shoreline, dog & swim beaches, boat ramps, a fishing pier, picnic areas, grills, & a rentable pavilion. The main beach can be found on the lower part of Edgewater Park. The best part about this beach are the breathtaking views of the Cleveland skyline.

Perkins Beach is a not so secret anymore beach at the most western part of Edgewater Park. To find the beach, park at the Lower Edgewater parking lot & go down the steps that lead to this hidden gem. Want more of an adventure? Follow the narrow path to the left of the steps for a private beach experience. The beach here is more rocky & popular for driftwood/sea glass collecting. No swimming is recommended here. No amenities either – restrooms are only located at Upper Edgewater.

COLUMBIA BEACH
25436 Lake Rd, Bay Village, OH

A beautiful, small beach in Bay Village. Parking is available across the street at the corner of Lake & Columbia Rd. The biggest feature here is the unique waterfall that flows directly into Lake Erie. View it from the observation area or walk down the steps to the beach. FYI – current tides usually determine how accessible the beach is. You might have to climb or get in the water to get there. It’s not always this way but CAN get like that based on current weather conditions. No amenities here.

It is well worth it as there is a playground on the beach here as well as lots of fun rentals from The Paddle Shack. You’ll also find the LAKE ERIE LOVE sign here as well as great views of the Huron lighthouse.
