I’m also a woman who is finally feeling comfortable in my own skin – yes, it has taken me almost 35 years to do that! I struggled with teen and adult acne. I want to use my experience to help others over come the scars that acne can leave.
Today, expecting your kids to never lay eyes on a screen is probably unrealistic. However, research shows that kids under 8 are using mobile devices more than 2 hours a day. The number for teens is exponentially higher. Kids’ screen time amount has a direct link to the risks associated with depression and anxiety for that age group.
